30 Days transformation plan

To be a self-disciplined and organized person, I would like to start a 30 days self-motivating plan for my work and life. Every day I need to complete the following tasks to be the kind of person who have something to share while being asked what have you done that shows your persistence?

1. Read a Journal rticle

2. Read great Chinese  literature notes

3. Swimming, Running, Jogging or Room Yoga

4. Healthy meals with fruits.

5. Proof read a page of your work

6. Reflect what have you learned today

7. 200 Content Analysis with accurate results

8. Coaching: face to face conversations or introspect diaries or a blog post

9. Applying for internship and part-time jobs

10. 30 day squat challenge 200 per day

11. Meditation for postitive results

12. Fit timer

13. Note down what have you done per day

14. Industry website: Topsy, socialbeta, PRweek
